1. First, paste the image above into photoshop, or any image you want to work with.
2. Now, duplicate your base by right clicking the layer on your layers pallete and selecting "Duplicate Layer...". Set this layer to Screen at 85%.
3. Now make a new fill layer by going to Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Solid Color. Fill the layer with #BBF2F7. Set this layer to Color Burn.
4. Now go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance and fill in the settings below:
Midtones: 45, 5, 45
Shadows: -70, -10, -20
Highlights: -25, -5, 30
5. Now, got to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color and enter in the settings below:
Reds: 0, 15, 15, -75
Yellows: -100, 40, 40, 15
Cyans: 100, -70, 100, 30
Neutrals: 40, 10, 10, 10
Blacks: 25, 40, 10, -35
6. Now duplicate your base layer and drag it to the top. Set it to Screen at 55%.
