1. Duplicate your base image and set it to Soft Light.
2. Next, create a new raster layer and fill it with #280A15 and set it to Exclusion at 80%.
3. Make another new raster layer and fill it with a very light pinkish color (I used #F8E2F4) and set that layer to Burn.
4. Now make another new raster layer and fill it with #C1F9E1 and set that layer to Soft Light.
5. Now go to "Layers >> New Adjustment Layer" and select Levels. Set the RBG input levels to: 0, 2, 225. Set this layer to Color at 40%.
6. Now go to "Layers >> New Adjustment Layer" and select Hue/Saturation/Lightness and set the Saturation to 30. Then set that layer to Saturation.
7. Now go to "Layers >> New Adjustment Layer" and select Brightness/Contrast. Set the Contrast to 10.
8. Now go to "Layers >> Merge >> Merge All/Flatten" and you're done!
