1. Got to "Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen".
2. Now duplicate your base and set it to Screen at 45%.
3. Next, make a new raster layer and fillit with #0A296E. Set this layer to Screen.
4. Create a new raster layer and fill it with #68523F. Set this layer to Soft Light.
5. Next, duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Set this layer to Dodge at 15%.
6. Now go to "Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Levels". Set your settings to the ones I have below:
7. Duplicate your base and bring it to the top. Set it to Soft Light.
8. Lastly, take the gradient below and paste it as a new layer over your icon. Set this layer to Screen at 65%.
