1. Duplicate your base and set it to "Overlay" at 100%.
2. Copy your base and paste it as a NEW IMAGE. Go to Image >> Greyscale, and your picture should go black and white.
3. Copy the greyscaled picture and paste it on top of your icon. Set this layer to "Screen" at 70%.
4. Copy the gradient below and paste it as a new layer. Set it to "Luminance" at 100%. (Note: It's going to look wierd after this step, but don't worry about it. I've got you covered!)
5. Duplicate your base layer and drag it to the top. Set this layer to "Soft Light" at 100%.
6. Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top. Set this layer to "Screen" at 100%.
7. Duplicate the base once more and drag it to the top. Set this layer to "Soft Light" at 100%.
8. Finally, take the gradient below and paste it as a new layer. Set it to "Lighten" at 100%.
