
1. Duplicate your base.
2. Go to Adjust >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur. Set the Radius to 2 and press OK.
3. Set this layer to "Screen" at 45%.
4. Now duplicate your base again and drag it to the top.
5. Go to Adjust >> Blur >> Motion Blur. Set the Angle to 90 and the Strength to 100%. Click OK.
6. Now, making sure your on the motion blurred layer, begin to erase the area where your subject is (Basically, erase Hayden's body).
