1. Sharpen your image by going to Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen More.
2. Duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Set this layer to "Screen" at 65%.
3. Go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Brightness/Contrast. Set Brightness to 10 and Contrast to 20.
4. Create a new layer and fill it with the color #1F0846. Set this layer to Exclusion at 100%.
5. Duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Set this layer to Hard Light at 50%.
6. Go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance. Enter in the settings below:
Midtones: -35, -35, 10
Shadows: 25, -20, 2
Highlights: 20, 5, 20
7. Right click the image and click "Copy Merged". Then right click again and "Paste as New Layer".
8. Go to Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Halftone and enter in the settings below (remember to leave "use as overlay" unchecked):
9. Set this layer to "Screen" at 60%.
10. Lastly, duplicate your base and drag it to the top. Set this layer to "Burn" at 25%.
