1. Sharpen your image by going to Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen More.
2. Now duplicate your base by right clicking it on the layers pallette and selecting "Duplicate".
3. Drag the duplicate layer to the top and set it to Overlay at 50%.
4. Make a new layer by going to "Layers >> New Raster Layer". Fill it with the color #C3F2F5 and set it to Burn at 60%.
5. Now go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance. Enter in the settings below:
Midtones: -50, -5, -25
Shadows: 0, 0, -10
Highlights: -48, 0, 12
6. Set this layer to Screen at 100%.
7. Lastly, make a new raster layer and fill it with #0B2955. Set this layer to Exclusion at 45%.
And there you go! You should have an awesome looking image!
