After:
Step 1: Open up the picture you wish to colorize.
Step 2: When open, go to "Adjust >> Hue and Saturation >> Colorize". A box like this should pop up:
Step 3: Change the "Saturation" to "154". Just play around with the hue until you get the color you want.
Step 4: Click "Ok".
And there you go. You should have a wonderful colorized picture before you.
