Here are the steps to take in order to get the drop shadow above!
Step 1: Write the text or open the image you'd like to give a dropshadow to.
Step 2: Go to "Slections >> Select All" and double click the center of the thing your trying to give a drop shadow so that it is selected.
Step 3: Now go to "Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow". Set your settings to mine below:
Press OK and then you should have a drop shadow something like the one above!
