1. First you need the original pictture. Copy this picture below and paste it into PSP. This picture is not mine. I found it on google.
2. Now that you have the image pasted into PSP, the next step is to go to "Layers >> Duplicate". Now go to "Layers >> Properties". A box should pop up. Change the Blend Mode to "Hard Light" and press "ok". Now click "Layers >> Merge >> Merge All(Flatten)". You should end up with this:
3. Now, go to "Adjust >> Brightness and Contrast >> Brightness/Contrast". Abox should pop up. In that box, change Brightness to 10 and Contrast to 15. You should end up with this:
4. Now that you have gotten that result go to "Layers >> New Raster Layer". Another box should pop up. Set the Blend Mode to Screen and the Opacity to 43. Press "ok". Now click the paint bucket or "fill tool" and fill that layer with the color: "#EEBDF5". Click "Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten)". You should end up with this:
5. Now it's time to add texture. Copy the texture below and paste it as a new layer on top of the picture. This texture was not made by me, credit goes to Color Filter.Net.
6. Now got to "Layers >> Properties". Set the Blend mode to Screen and the Opacity to 65. Now click "Layers >> Merge >> Merge all(Flatten)". There's your finished product!
