After:
Step 1: Open up the picture in which you would like to make look like an old newspaper.
Step 2: Go to "Effects >> Artistic Effects >> Aged Newspaper", and a box like this should appear:
Step 3: Set the ammount to age number to "51" and press "Ok".
That's all! You should have an old newspaper sitting in front of you!
