- This is the first of two tutorials on how to resize images. This first tutorial, I've found, delivers a lower quality image then the second tutorial. So, after trying this one out, I suggest you try the other tutorial and see the better results for yourself.
1. Open up the image you'd like to resize and go to Image >> Resize.... A box should pop up with the title "Resize" but all you have to worry about is what is in the picture below.
2. Make sure that the box to the right says Percent and not pixels. Change the number 20 toy the percent you'd like your image to be scaled down to and click OK.
That's all there is to it!
