- This is the second image resizing tutorial. This tutorial will deliver a higher quality result then the first. I suggest this tutorial to anyone that wants a high quality resized image.
1. First open up the image you want to resize in PSP8.
2. Now, go to your toolbar and click the arrow next to the pointer tool. Click Zoom.

3. Maximize the project window. Now right click the image until it is the desired size you want.
4. Now, on your keyboard, press Prt Scrn.
5. Now you can close the first image. Now press Ctrl + V on your keyboard and a screenshot of the smaller image and everything around it should appear.
6. Now click the Crop Tool and crop the everything around the image off. Now Save!
That's that. This, even though much longer than the first tutorial, delivers much higher quality! Good luck!
